BUYER INFORMATION<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Name\/Surname\/Title:<\/b> (To be filled in by the Buyer during the order)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Delivery Address:<\/b> (To be filled in by the Buyer during the order)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Phone:<\/b> (To be filled in by the Buyer during the order)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">E-mail:<\/b> (To be filled in by the Buyer during the order)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">ARTICLE 2 \u2013 SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the home textile products (Tablecloths, Napkins, Placemats, Throw Pillows, etc.), which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER&#8217;s website <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/loomehome.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/loomehome.com\/<\/a>, the basic characteristics and sales price of which are specified below (Article 3).<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">ARTICLE 3 \u2013 INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3.1.<\/b> The basic features (type, quantity, brand\/model, color, number) of the products are available on the SELLER\u2019s website. The basic features of the product have been reviewed and accepted by the BUYER prior to the confirmation of the order. <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"243\">3.2.<\/b> The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period. <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"479\">3.3.<\/b> The sales price of the goods or services subject to the agreement, including all taxes, and the shipping fee are displayed to the BUYER on the order confirmation form and the invoice.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">ARTICLE 4 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4.1.<\/b> The BUYER accepts and declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/loomehome.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/loomehome.com\/<\/a> website, have been informed, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"335\">4.2.<\/b> The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person\/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period explained in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER&#8217;s settlement, provided that it does not exceed the statutory 30 (thirty) day period for each product. <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"698\">4.3.<\/b> If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to another person\/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person\/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery. <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"926\">4.4.<\/b> The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement intact, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any. <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"1143\">4.5.<\/b> For the delivery of the product, it is obligatory that this Agreement has been confirmed electronically and the price has been paid by the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"16\">ARTICLE 5 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">5.1.<\/b> The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product without undertaking any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product subject to the contract to themselves or the person\/organization at the address indicated. <b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"322\">5.2.<\/b> In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to notify the SELLER via the e-mail or telephone specified above within this period, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and must not have lost its resalable feature within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. <b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"614\">5.3.<\/b> In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery report indicating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. Our contracted return shipping company is Yurti\u00e7i Kargo. The shipping fee for returns not sent with the contracted cargo company belongs to the BUYER. <b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"1000\">5.4.<\/b> The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days following the receipt of these documents.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"19\">ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"20\">The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared in line with the BUYER&#8217;s wishes or explicitly for their personal needs, and which are not suitable for return due to their nature. Returns of tablecloths, napkins, placemats, and throw pillows in the home textile category are not accepted if they have been used, washed, stained, or if their packaging or labels have been torn off. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"21\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"21,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"21,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/b> If production is made in special dimensions for the customer (e.g., custom-cut tablecloth), these products are legally non-returnable.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"23\">ARTICLE 7 \u2013 DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"24\">In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services or where their residence is located are authorized up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; in cases exceeding this limit, Consumer Courts are authorized.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"26\">ARTICLE 8 \u2013 ENFORCEMENT<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"27\">When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed on the Site, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
